A: I get a sense of accomplishment knowing that I help people who support the entire University by making sure they have the resources they need – helping amazing people do an amazing job. Every day, my co-workers make sure that the financial systems the University uses for critical work are operating properly.

Q: What is your favorite benefit or perk of working at Harvard?
A: My favorite perk is the opportunities that employees have to move around and work in different positions here. It lets you build new skills in different business areas, gain invaluable experience, and build a great career.

Q: What would you say to someone who is thinking about working at Harvard?
A: If you want to be part of a community of forward-thinking people who work to sustain the University and make the world a better place, one day at a time, apply. It is a place that has an energy all its own. You come into work each day and know that everyone is there to do his or her best, which encourages you to do your best.
