Local Human Resources Offices

Along with the central Harvard Human Resource departments, each school has a local HR office. These offices provide HR consulting services to local leaders, managers, faculty and staff.  Their expertise includes hiring, on-boarding, grading and compensation, training, performance management, employee relations and problem solving, organization design/development, manager effectiveness, and employee recognition.

Harvard’s local HR offices also partner with central Harvard Human Resources on University-wide initiatives to create a high-functioning and engaging workplace.
