WHAT WE DO
Harvard Benefits is responsible for the design, delivery and administration of University benefits aimed at supporting the long-term health and financial security of our employees. The department provides customer service, communications, and education to ensure that employees can make the most of their benefits.
Harvard Benefits serves nearly 20,000 plan participants including faculty, staff, and retirees, as well as their spouses/domestic partners and dependents.
Plan design and administration for:
- Retirement benefits
- Health and welfare benefits
- Voluntary benefits
Benefits education, communications and customer service
Benefits financial management and reporting
Employee records management and employment verification
