The Center for Workplace Development (CWD) invites current Harvard administrative/professional staff (exempt status) to participate in the 2018-19 Administrative Fellowship Program. The AFP seminar series is designed to enhance talent management, increase individual administrative skills, and familiarize participants with the specifics of working in higher education. The program aids individuals in their abilities for self-assessment and development. Individuals participate in ongoing seminars, lectures, formal discussions, and learn through case studies. In addition to the seminar series, individual coaching sessions and mentoring circles will be provided to all fellows during the fellowship year. The program provides participants with opportunities to increase their knowledge, as well as develop national and University-wide networks.
