Important Change for Tuition Assistance, Tuition Reimbursement Administration

Effective June 1, 2018, Harvard’s Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and Tuition Reimbursement Program (TRP) will move to a new administrator, Benefits Strategies. Tuition benefits will remain the same, and employees who use these programs will have access to a new, enhanced self-service portal where they can find TAP and TRP forms and file for reimbursement for eligible non-Harvard courses. TRP claims filed on or after June 1 should be sent to Benefits Strategies even if courses were completed prior to June 1. Reimbursement claims filed prior to June 1 should go to the current vendor, Crosby Benefits/WageWorks.
