The President’s Administrative Innovation Fund (PAIF) application period is now open! The PAIF theme this year is the future of work—a very timely topic indeed. The deadline to submit an application is April 12th. Created to catalyze staff-generated solutions that foster innovative collaboration across the University, the PAIF has supported 34 projects to date that have enhanced administrative excellence, talent development, and service delivery in support of our teaching and learning mission. Last cycle’s recipients included the Harvard Votes Challenge, the Gender Inclusive Restroom Mapping Project, and the Harvard College Calendar. I am confident that this year’s PAIF applications will reflect the spirit of innovation that we have seen across the University during the pandemic.
