This 2-hour workshop in Collaboration is an important skill to increase cohesion, efficiency, and productivity. However, true collaboration can be difficult and sometimes seems just out of reach. In this workshop, strategies to facilitate collaborative work as an inclusive process are presented. The workshop will focus on collaboration that gathers input and ideas before acting or deciding to help everyone meet their goals.
The Arts Wing is located on the 2nd floor of the Smith Campus Center, accessible either by the stairs in Health Services, or by the elevator in the main arcade of the Smith Campus Center.

Because this practice blends movement in the body with the breath, it is an ideal extension of mindfulness practice. No previous knowledge of yoga is necessary.
