Owner Occupied - Learn about the benefits and challenges of buying a multi-family home/owner occupied. This interactive session is conducted as a panel including your host for the real estate education series, a local Coldwell Banker Realty agent, and a Preferred Harvard Mortgage Program lender, with expertise in multi-family home purchase. There will be discussion on financing restrictions for multi-family ownership, renting challenges and how to compete in the market to buy.
Many people ask, "do I really need to include a cover letter?" . The answer is yes! This one hour virtual workshop will focus on the key role a cover letter has in building a bridge between a job description and your resume.
You will learn:
1) To use a job description to form the key points of your cover letter. 2) To craft specific examples that highlight your skills 3) To convey confidence as a candidate for a role.

As every office worker knows, sitting for long periods can result in stiffness and discomfort. The gentle stretches and postures taught in this program are designed to increase flexibility at the joints – thereby improving one's range of motion – and also aid in relaxing the hips and lower portions of the body to increase one's ability to sit with ease. Because this practice blends movement in the body with the breath, it is an ideal extension of mindfulness practice.
No previous knowledge of yoga is necessary. This class does not require special clothing or equipment.
