    This suite of workshops is designed to help you strengthen your resiliency by learning and practicing cognitive science-based tools, and techniques that foster greater “bounce-back” ability. You will experience how a positive and agile mindset, and the ability to self-regulate, will bolster your capacity to communicate, manage conflict and act in productive ways in the midst of challenge and stress.
