    Out of Sight: Off-site Records Storage

    Objective: This workshop, by the Harvard University Archives, will present the step-by-step process of sending records to off-site storage at the Records Center. We cover everything from how to assemble and pack a box to how to complete the deposit paperwork.

    Length: 1 ½ hours

    Who should attend: Employees who have not yet sent records to storage as well as anyone in charge of packing and depositing boxes who would like a refresher course.

    Science Center Plaza Tent

    Flu clinics are being offered in the Science Center Plaza tent every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00PM-3:00PM, beginning on Monday, September 14, 2020 through Wednesday, October 28, 2020. There will be no clinic held on Monday, October 12, due to the holiday.

    • Flu vaccine will be available for anyone with HUID
    • High-dose vaccine will be available for those age 65 and older
    • Longwood location flu clinics will be announced soon

    Tai Chi at the Arnold Arboretum

    Join us for a 45-minute-long virtual tai chi session.
