The Lunch and Learn Program will consist of an ongoing, monthly brown bag session intended to share best practices, educate the recruitment community on compliance, increase the diversity and quality of our talent pool, and overall strengthen recruiting practices across the university.

In addition to the conference, the career fair features job seekers with a disability who can meet and network with some of Massachusetts-area employers.
