What is the Center for Workplace Development cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellations completed at least 3 full days prior to the class. For example, you must cancel by Monday for a Friday class. Cancellations less than 3-days prior to the class, and no-show participants will incur a $75 fee that is billed to the 33-digit billing code provided at the time of registration. Exclusions: Bridge, Career, and Learning Experience Design classes.

Where are Center for Workplace Development classes held? What amenities are available?

The majority of classroom sessions are held at 124 Mt. Auburn Street in Cambridge. CWD also offers many courses at the Harvard Longwood Campus (HLC) (formerly the Longwood Medical Area). WebEx/Web Conference Sessions are not held at a physical location but accessed online via your computer. Login information is included in the sign-up confirmation email.
