Career Connections Across Harvard 2018

The annual Career Connections across Harvard is a networking event for Harvard staff. It is an opportunity for staff to meet with representatives from different schools and units around the University to explore other areas of work at Harvard and expand professional networks. All staff are invited to attend, no registration is required.

Start Your Process Redesign

This course on April 24 introduces you to process improvement tools and techniques from LEAN Management that you will be able to implement with your team. You will experience process assessment and redesign through a “hands on” approach that includes a simulation and exercises. Introduction to Excel

This course on April 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. covers how to create and edit basic worksheets and workbooks. Power, Influence, and Negotiation (2-day course)

While referencing the book Beyond Reason by Roger Fisher and Daniel Shapiro as well as Roger Fisher and William Ury’s Getting to Yes, participants are exposed to benefits of working with emotions during negotiations and developing solutions.
