Out of Sight: Off-site Records Storage

Who should attend: Employees who have not yet sent records to storage as well as anyone in charge of packing and depositing boxes who would like a refresher course

Objective: This workshop will present the ins and outs of sending records to off-site storage at the Records Center. We will cover everything from how to assemble and pack a box to completing the deposit paperwork.

PON’s Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Seminar

6:00pm to 9:00pm

Join us for a semester-length seminar to develop skills and strategies to resolve disputes. Role plays and exercises give you the chance to put theory into practice, and to finish the class as a more effective and reflective negotiator.

The seminar is led by Toby Berkman and Carri Hulet, negotiation consultants and dynamic instructors, and is open to all. The class will meet Mondays, 6-9pm, Sept. 26-Dec. 12.

This workshop is for new HR administrators who use PeopleSoft 8.0 Harvard forms (Job Data Change, Payline Transaction Form, etc.) or upload processes (Additional Pay upload, Costing upload, etc.). The class will provide an overview followed by exercises using the PeopleSoft training instance database. Participants must have access to the forms and upload role(s) in PeopleSoft for a minimum of one week prior to taking the class.
