2018 Fitness Reimbursement and Bike Commuter Benefit Deadlines

If you belonged to a health club or gym for at least four months during 2018 and are enrolled in either HUGHP or Harvard Pilgrim, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of your health club membership fees. Both HUGHP and Harvard Pilgrim offer a Fitness Reimbursement Program that will reimburse you for up to $150 in membership fees for qualifying health clubs and gyms. Mindful Eating

This free course will introduce participants to mindfulness and guide them in three foundational mindfulness practices. They will then apply mindfulness to issues concerning eating, and engage in 3-4 practices to cultivate more awareness around our relationship to food. Participants should leave the session with several concrete suggestions and practices about how to modify their eating behaviors.
