As we navigate increasingly complex issues, this conference presents a wonderful opportunity to address the challenges on (1) how to work with, manage, etc. workforce concerns as people are transitioning; (2) how to think about recruitment, retention, etc. of trans employees, and (3) how to create a sense of belonging for members of the LGBTQ+ communities, but in particular members of the trans community.
This interactive session will focus on understanding and adaptation to cultural differences. We anticipate a lively exchange and active participation from all attendees. We look forward to your participation on April 26th.
