Do you ever wonder why communicating with managers, co-workers, and colleagues seems more challenging than it should or could be? In a workplace culture that has become dependent on email and voicemail, we can lose touch with some of the key elements of effective, meaningful verbal communication. In this session we will explore elements such as active listening, body language and tone, as well as your communication style and connecting and communicating with grace while under pressure.
