Deep Stage 3 sleep, or restorative sleep is the stage of sleep most responsible for mending the wear and tear of daily life and rejuvenating the mind/body. And while the body wants to spend about 20% of the night in stage 3 sleep most people get much less stage 3 sleep. The results are lower levels of energy, more body pain and the experience of waking up feeling less restored. In this presentation you will learn five simple techniques that will help you to get more stage 3 sleep, more energy, less pain and more peace of mind.

Your presenter Rick Clerici, Certified Clinical Sleep Educator and Behavioral Sleep Therapist, works with universities, hospitals and corporations raising awareness about the importance of sleep, and helping employee populations improve their sleep quality.
