Unlike CWD’s typical workshops, the Manager’s Community Forum is a one-hour facilitated dialog among managers at Harvard who share similar challenges and can learn from one another. In our experience, when managers from across Harvard get together, it sparks a powerful dynamic of sharing and learning. This forum is meant to capitalize on that. The dialog will be facilitated by a CWD facilitator. Each time a forum convenes, the topics discussed will be determined by a pre-forum poll of those who are enrolled.

Your Commitment as a Participant
- Give some thought to prompting questions prior to the forum
- Actively participate and be prepared to share your challenges and your experience as a manager at Harvard
Enrollment Deadline: 1 week in advance of the class start date.
Late Drop/Cancel Fee: None
Pre-Work: Submit answers to prompting questions prior to class. Questions given at least a week in advance.
