Stress is a normal part of our day-to-day life. When you add jobs, kids, ailing parents and our own lives together, it can be a daily and dizzying balancing act. Research shows that family caregivers are more vulnerable to stress-related illnesses and less likely to care for themselves. Understanding the difference between positive and negative stress and the warning signs of burnout can help. In this seminar, you will learn techniques to reduce the stress of being a working caregiver and get the support and help you need.
