This workshop will explore the characteristics of a high performing team that have to do with the formal operating principles of a team (such as roles, processes) and those characteristics of a high performing team that are less tangible but just as important (interpersonal skills, leadership). You will have a chance to assess where your own team is against the characteristics and learn ways to incorporate these best practices on your team.

Audience: Managers who lead a team of two or more employees.
Late Drop/Cancel Fee: $75.00
Pre-Work: 1-hour pre-work assignment, given 2-weeks prior to class. Participants should begin the pre-work Activities approximately 2-weeks prior to class, this will allow enough time to complete the pre-work.
Completing pre-work will greatly enhance your participant experience as it is used to complement and support classroom materials. Please consider your ability to finish assignments when registering.
