Mindfulness and Compassion 2.0

An essential component of any mindfulness practice is learning to focus on observing both internal and external experiences with a heightened sense of clarity—this prepares the heart and intellect to navigate the demands of work and personal relationships in sincere, effective, and compassionate ways. In the introductory “Mindfulness and Compassion” course, participants will have learned to use their mindfulness practice to specifically hone the lens of compassion; “Compassion 2.0” will delve further into how these practices can prepare us to lend support to ourselves and those around us.
