Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Self-awareness, the ability to recognize and work with difficult emotions, and the cultivation of empathy for others are all skills critical for high performance in life’s various arenas. In the introductory “Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence” course, participants learned that we could train the mind to engage in ways that are more patient, alert, and productive.  In this session, the instructor will delve further into how awareness supports the development of emotional intelligence, and involve participants in mindfulness meditation exercises, which help the cultivation of these essential skills.
