This year's theme is The Future of Work    

The Future of Work presents exciting opportunities for administrative innovation. This includes managing flexible work, developing new skills, and engaging in change management. The challenges of the past year have accelerated new practices in remote work, leveraging technology, and leading virtual teams. 

We encourage proposals to the President’s Administrative Innovation Fund that propel us forward, which could include projects that have been piloted during the past year or opportunities that have emerged as a result of our working remotely for an extended period of time.
