Most of us, no matter our role at the University, rely on a set of processes and procedures to get our work done. When problems arise, we may make adjustments to solve specific problems, but don't always step back and look at the process as a whole to identify root causes and long-term solutions to improve the process. This course focuses on process improvement efforts that you can initiate and implement in your own team or department. You will have the opportunity to apply tools and concepts to a process improvement initiative you are considering undertaking in the near future.
