In this full-day, 7-hour introductory workshop, you will learn and apply a framework to initiate, define, plan, and schedule a project.This course is intended for people leading a project who have little or no formal training in the project management process seeking an introduction to key concepts.Through a hands-on approach, participants will apply the tools and technics to develop a project plan and therefore must have a work-related project they are about to start, or have recently started.
Note: this workshop does not cover using Microsoft Project or other project management software.

- Techniques to apply a simple, yet thorough, model to a variety of different projects
- Tips for communicating with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project
