The Lunch and Learn Program will consist of an ongoing, monthly brown bag session intended to share best practices, educate the recruitment community on compliance, increase the diversity and quality of our talent pool, and overall strengthen recruiting practices across the university.
The sessions will be structured as single-topic forums for all recruiters and HR generalists. Program participants are encouraged to bring their lunch as they network with colleagues and share best practices and insights into the recruitment process. All sessions will be held at the Center for Workplace Development unless otherwise noted.
In May, Angie Boudreau and John Dunay from Recruitment Services will lead a discussion on sharing best practices to enhance the candidate experience during the recruitment process.
