Reimagining Retirement: Planning for Your Third Act is a two-session workshop designed for Harvard employees contemplating retirement within the next five years interested in exploring all aspects of creating a dynamic and rewarding retirement lifestyle. By discovering the vital nonfinancial dimensions of a successful retirement, participants learn: what it means to replace one’s work identity, create a healthy and active lifestyle, be socially connected and cognitively engaged, and find meaning and purpose. Participants will participate in self-reflection exercises, discussions, breakout rooms, and pre-work for session 2. Participants are required to attend both 90-minute sessions.
