Quiet your mind, energize your body, and achieve relaxation with Spring into Yoga! Each class will incorporate flowing, intentional vinyasa-style movements, stretches, and breathing practices to relax the body. Modifications will be offered for participants of all levels to ensure your maximum benefit and healthy alignment.
