Research shows that both honesty and compassion are critical elements for cultivating supportive relationships during times of crisis.

Honesty enables us to process our emotions and ensure our own needs are met, while compassion empowers us to support our loved ones, increase our resilience, and even enhance our immune system function. In this session, participants will learn a powerful framework and tangible communication strategies to balance honesty and compassion to create supportive relationships with their loved ones during the COVID-19 pandemic.
