In this five-day Summer Science Week program starting July 22, students will experiment with the “primary technologies” used by the early peoples of North America to survive and thrive. In our hands-on lab, the museum galleries, and outside, students will learn skills such as leatherworking with stone and bone tools, paint making, feather work, grinding and winnowing, and more. For children entering grades 4 and 5.

Registration opens February 15, and closes July 11, ten days before the class starts to allow time for delivery of materials
