Good records management protects your office by mitigating risk. Harvard University Archives’ Records Management Service has done the heavy-lifting by developing policy and procedures to support your efforts. This free 1.5 hour-long workshop provides tools and advice on how long to keep your records, how to store them most efficiently, and what to do when you no longer need them. Whether you’ve inherited a records backlog, are worried about managing sensitive information, or are concerned about keeping your records too long - or not long enough - this workshop is for you.

Learn to implement Harvard's guide for records commonly found across University offices, deal with both paper and electronic formats, and how to properly dispose records. To register visit the Records Management website, or call us at 617-495-5961.
