In partnership with the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion, Harvard Common Spaces offers free Yoga with instructor Paulina Haduong every Thursday, 5pm-6pm from May 31 through September 27. Meet in Harvard Yard on the Memorial Church Lawn, please bring a mat and water bottle. Class held weekly, weather permitting--steady rain cancels class. All Common Spaces wellness programs and fitness activities are free; no sign-ups are required.
