Can I enroll in health benefits at any time?

New employees have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in health benefits; otherwise there are only two ways to enroll in benefits after the 30-day window closes:

  • Annual Open Enrollment period during the late fall
  • If experience an IRS-defined change in status (i.e. birth, marriage, divorce, etc.)
