Counselors at Harvard’s EAP can help you create a strategy for caring for an elder or other adult. Eligible employees can use the in-home care services provided by Care.com BackUp Care to provide short-term care for a dependent. The SOURCE program, which provides a subsidy for such short-term care, is available to faculty and staff earning under $70,000 annually.
