The FY18 Performance Management Pilot was designed to determine a new approach to performance management at Harvard. This new approach will further connections between organizational and individual success, for senior leaders, managers, and employees, through a culture that supports performance, development and meaningful connections. The pilot launched in July 2017 and will conclude in May 2018.
