WHAT WE DO

We provide direct human resources consulting and talent acquisition services to ~5,500 leaders, managers and employees in the central administration, working across a broad range of businesses and academic and operational functions.

We partner with leaders, managers, employees and teams to adopt programs, policies and practices in alignment with the Attract, Develop and Retain employee life cycle, while fostering greater performance and engagement.

OUR EXPERTISE

Our generalists and talent acquisition consultants consult on issues such as hiring, employee and labor relations, talent management, job classification and compensation, recognition, training, organization design/development, change management, diversity, inclusion and belonging, use of HR metrics and manager effectiveness.
