Retirement Changes 2020 - Transfer of Existing Balances

On September 9 at 4:00 p.m., a blackout period will begin for participants with Fidelity or Vanguard accounts, during which you cannot make any changes to or withdraw from these accounts. In addition, TIAA mutual fund account balances currently in funds that are not part of the new investment lineup will transfer to funds available in the new lineup.
