Enabling a Culture of Speaking Up

In this session, you will explore leadership behaviors associated with enabling a culture of speaking up highlighted in Amy Edmonson’s book Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate, and Compete in the Knowledge Economy.  She recommends that leaders do three things: frame work as a learning challenge, acknowledge fallibility, and ask the right questions. You will learn how to use these skills with individuals and how to role model and encourage them in a culture.

This session will provide an outline of best practices for writing resumes and participants are encouraged to use provided tools to continue their resume-writing process.
