Speaking Up at Harvard

In this workshop, you will learn the behaviors associated with speaking up highlighted in Amy Edmonson’s book Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate, and Compete in the Knowledge Economy.  The four behaviors are speaking up, collaboration, experimentation, and reflection.  You will explore ways to increase your effectiveness in each of these skills and to encourage others to do so as well.

You will learn how to use these skills with individuals and how to role model and encourage them in a culture.
