Employees must have completed their initial probationary period and have maintained satisfactory job performance in order to participate in the Harvard Bridge Program. Employees of most Harvard contractors are also eligible. Exempt staff may be eligible for some of our specialty classes. The Harvard Leadership Development Program requires you submit an application for acceptance into each program.
