## A Long History

Throughout the history of Harvard, our students, faculty, and staff have served in all branches of the military and have exhibited the work ethic, skills, motivation, and curiosity that are well-suited to and desired for our dynamic and hard-working culture. We continue to be committed to supporting and welcoming veterans, service members, and the extended military community.

## Job Opportunities

No matter where your military career and past experience has taken you, there may be a role at Harvard that matches your background – including IT, operations, program management, security, finance, administration, development, and more. We encourage you to search our [Careers@Harvard](https://careers.harvard.edu/) job listings and formally apply for any of interest.

## Partnership with American Corporate Partners (ACP)

Harvard is proud to partner with American Corporate Partners (ACP) to support those who have served. [ACP’s Mentoring Program](https://www.acp-usa.org/mentoring-program/program-overview) connects post‑9/11 veterans, active-duty service members, and eligible military spouses with experienced professionals for one-on-one, customized mentorship. As a mentor, you’ll help guide mentees through job searches, career transitions, and long-term professional growth—while gaining new perspectives and expanding your own network. Since 2010, members of the Harvard community have made a meaningful impact by serving as ACP mentors. We invite you to join them in this important work.

To learn more about Harvard’s relationship with ACP, contact [Angie Boudreau](mailto:Angela_Boudreau@harvard.edu).

Ready to get started? Visit the [ACP Become a Mentor](https://www.acp-usa.org/become-a-mentor/) website and use the Harvard access code HVDACP when applying. An ACP staff member will then follow up with you about next steps.
