Employees using TAP for graduate-credit courses may be subject to taxes on tuition benefits exceeding $5,250 per year if the coursework is not job-related per the IRS standard. Harvard is offering a temporary Transitional TAP Fund to assist with these taxes. Learn more about the taxes here.
