Mindfulness and Compassion 2.0

In the introductory “Mindfulness and Compassion” course, participants will have learned to use their mindfulness practice to specifically hone the lens of compassion; “Compassion 2.0” on Dec. 3 will delve further into how these practices can prepare us to lend support to ourselves and those around us.
