[The Executive and Organizational Effectiveness (EOE) team](<https://harvie.harvard.edu/organizational-development >) (HarvardKey required) within the Center for Workplace Development works with University executives (grades 60+) and faculty leaders to grow their own and their organization's effectiveness.

EOE focuses on cultivating leaders who build high performing organizations, with work in areas like before- and after-action reviews, culture change, change management, organizational assessment and design, strategic planning, team effectiveness, and more.

Each school and unit has a Relationship Manager, who serves as a primary liaison to executives for this practice.

## Executive Sessions

EOE also offers opportunities for executive and faculty leaders to learn with and from one another through **Executive and Faculty Development Workshops**, which are designed to strengthen specific skills, and **Executive Dialogues**, which are open and safe inquiry-based discussions with colleagues across the University focused on the ever-changing workplace where senior leaders can connect, share ideas, and address challenges together.
