The School's Out program for August, 2019 is now full. You can be added to the waiting list by following the registration steps below.
For other child care options for that week (and other summer weeks), benefits-eligible faculty and staff may reach out to Harvard's Employee Assistance Program (1877-327-4278) to access their resource and referral services.
Harvard offers a School's Out Vacation Camp program to give parents options during the February and April public-school vacation weeks and one hard-to-cover week at the end of the summer. The program generally runs on three campuses: Cambridge, the Longwood Medical Area, and the Harvard Business School.
The program is open to the children, ages 5 to 12, grades K to 6, of benefits-eligible faculty and staff on a regular Harvard payroll.
Please note that due to space constraints, there are a limited number of spots. Once you have submitted a request for a reservation, you will receive a notification if you have a confirmed spot, or are waitlisted.
Next session will be August 26 - 30, 2019.
Registration opens Monday July 15, 2019.
