Accrual Rates

Staff members who work less than a full time schedule earn vacation (regular and bonus days), holiday, sick and personal days on a prorated basis in proportion to the percentage of time worked. For example, a staff member who regularly works 28 hours per week works 80 percent of a full-time 35-hour workweek and therefore accrues 80 percent of the number of paid vacation, holiday, sick and personal hours that a full-time staff member would accrue.
