HR Offices

Local Human Resources Offices

Each Harvard school has its own local Human Resources office, which works alongside Harvard's central Harvard Human Resources (HHR). These local HR offices offer a wide range of consulting services to school leaders, managers, faculty, and staff. Their expertise spans areas such as recruitment and onboarding, compensation and grading, training and development, performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution, organizational design, manager effectiveness, and employee recognition.

In addition, the local HR offices collaborate closely with central HHR on University-wide initiatives aimed at fostering a supportive and empowering employee community. These efforts ensure that every Harvard employee has the resources to thrive in their roles and reach their full potential, contributing to a high-functioning and engaging workplace.
