Open Enrollment 2027

This is your annual opportunity to review your benefit options for 2027 and choose the ones that best meet your needs. The Open Enrollment (OE) window is only open for TEN (10) DAYS, so prepare now.

You can learn about all your options as well as important changes and plan rates for 2027 by visiting the HARVie Open Enrollment section (HarvardKey required).

OE Guides for 2027 will be online only

In early-to-mid-October, employees will receive a postcard with a QR code and an email with a link to an easy-to-navigate, interactive, digital OE Guide that you and your family can review. The guides will also be posted in the HARVie Open Enrollment section (HarvardKey required) in mid-October; visit the preview page now for more information, including how to make sure your email and mailing address are up-to-date.

Benefits Fairs

Harvard Benefits will join with HR partners to host two in-person mini benefits fairs. From medical plans to flexible spending accounts, employees can learn more about options by visiting vendors including HUGHP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Maven, MetLife Dental, the Benefits Office, and more.
