Organizational Development Consulting
The Executive and Organizational Effectiveness (EOE) team (HarvardKey required) within the Center for Workplace Development works with University executives (grades 60+) and faculty leaders to grow their own and their organization's effectiveness.
EOE focuses on cultivating leaders who build high performing organizations, with work in areas like before- and after-action reviews, culture change, change management, organizational assessment and design, strategic planning, team effectiveness, and more.
Each school and unit has a Relationship Manager, who serves as a primary liaison to executives for this practice.
Executive Sessions
EOE also offers opportunities for executive and faculty leaders to learn with and from one another through Executive and Faculty Development Workshops, which are designed to strengthen specific skills, and Executive Dialogues, which are open and safe inquiry-based discussions with colleagues across the University focused on the ever-changing workplace where senior leaders can connect, share ideas, and address challenges together.
